Rottguard designs, installs, commissions, and services Direct Low Pressure (DLP) fire suppression systems for protecting small, defined, unoccupied electrical and technical enclosures.
DLP systems provide rapid, reliable fire suppression directly at the source of the fire, helping minimise equipment damage and operational downtime.
The system uses a pressurised detection tube connected to the suppression cylinder. When exposed to flame temperatures above 80°C, the tube bursts and releases the extinguishing agent directly onto the fire.
The suppressant extinguishes flames through heat absorption and interruption of the combustion process, leaving no residue and protecting sensitive electrical equipment.
Typical applications include:
Rottguard DLP systems are tested to LPS 1666 and designed in accordance with NFPA, EN, and ISO fire protection standards.
